Rachel Antonoff's shoe collaboration with Bass and the accompanying lookbook featuring Tennessee Thomas make me want to weep (tears of joy), skip through a meadow, and then perhaps sing a duet with a bluebird. I'm feeling particularly emotional about that pink patent, which is an unquestionably perfect colour. I do get excited about things in life that aren't clothing related, but most of them are food and most of that food is cheese.

I've already mentioned my love for The Like's drummer Tennessee Thomas but have decided that she is definitely deserving of an entire post dedicated to her wardrobe. There is no one who gets it "right" more consistently in accordance with my style guidelines (see: delusions of looking like a 60's pop starlet), and she's a beautiful babe to boot. From now on whenever I'm tempted to trim my unruly locks (which have been unattended for longer than I'd like to admit in my attempt to grow them past my knees) I think I'll refer to the below:

I've been doing a lot of re-posting as of late, which I apologize for and promise that July and August will be more productive in my neck of the blogging woods. I'm not sure where these shots of all-girl band The Like originated, but they're too good not to share.
