I have just discovered Chelsea Magazine, and while it's available for online preview, cannot wait to get my hands on a tangible copy. Issue #2 features this feline spread by Elisabeth Moch, who is an absolutely amazing illustrator. LOLCats + editorial = OMG!!! My heart is beating fast.

création de chloé
While true that one can never have too many friends, I have found in my travels that the same can be said for cream colored blouses. I tend to gush a lot over the most frivolous of things on this blog (isn't that the point?) but ruffles and pleats make me weak in the knees, especially when rendered as beautifully as each of the above.

winning formula
There's an old Toothpaste For Dinner comic (or is it a Bible verse?) I can't locate right now that states 'pop culture references are not a substitute for humour.' So maybe Fashematics isn't funny, but it's kinda cute, which coincidently is the best I strive for a lot of the time (but surpass with ease as I am obv a hilarious mega babe).

new face
Upon experiencing the first whim of my entire life, I went and done got my septum pierced before Christmas. Also ended up with new glasses around that time after losing my beloved ray bans, which I never ever would have quit wearing had they not mysteriously evaporated (see: tumbled from purse unnoticed when I was intoxicated) at some point during the course of a night. The perspex frames are genuine vintage and have earned me more compliments than any other pair I've ever worn; wonder who on earth donned them before me!
I took these out of boredom awhile ago and look like such a ragamuffin tween in them (I think it's the hair), which was an age I remember most fondly...
