You most definitely would not guess it from these photos, but earlier this month my boyfriend and I moved into a wonderful little apartment together. Lucky for me, he doesn't mind my vast array of knick knacks, vintage garments, and mismatched furniture being strewn throughout the space, and so I've quickly taken to adorning every corner with floral arrangements, sparkling dresses, and delicate embroidery. There's also an assortment of Star Wars and Ninja Turtles collectibles on display among the glitter and lace, but boy toys have never been my forté, unless we're talking about one in particular. This post is dedicated to him, for allowing and even helping me to make such a cozy home for us.

Haha, the home I share with my fella is exactly like this! Dresses and plants and tapestries everywhere, vintage everything and pale blue everywhere. I am so lucky to have a fella that loves opshopping and second hand as much as I do, and doesn't mind a heavy load of whimsy in his abode. Also, I spy that amazing blue and yellow paisley H&M dress I tried on but didn't buy and I regret it so much!

Aw what a sweet post! Congratulations on your move! It's really special to build a place together with your beau, even if it's mostly your doing (I am the exact same haha). My boyfriend has no say in the picture frames in our house, so he just shrugs when he sees an ice cream cone being framed lol. Just have to say again how much I LOVE your tablecloth xx

Your place looks incredible! My boyfriend is really minimalist and a tad OCD so I don't think I'd get away with any of this! Luckily I'm moving into my own place though so he'll have to tolerate the array of stuff when he visits!! :)

i think i really would need to more or less have free reign when it comes to decorating to make it feel like home, so it's lucky that your boyfriend doesn't mind all your bits and pieces taking over!
